Service Description
Unwind and purify your skin with the Dimples Serenity Scrub, the ultimate full body detox experience. This invigorating treatment combines the stimulating effects of dry body brushing with the choice of a luxurious sugar scrub or dead sea salt & oil scrub. Sugar granules are generally rounder and gentler than salt granules. This makes sugar scrubs a good choice for sensitive skin and for more delicate areas. Dead Sea salt provides a more intense exfoliation, which can be particularly beneficial for removing stubborn dead skin cells and revealing fresher skin. For your comfort, we'll provide a towel and disposable slippers for your short walk to the shower. We kindly request you bring your own robe to wear back to the treatment room. Your Serenity Scrub concludes with the application of a rich moisturizing lotion, leaving your skin feeling incredibly smooth and radiantly refreshed. Please note that this is a purely exfoliating and moisturizing treatment and does not include massage.
Cancellation Policy
Women Only Policy: Dimples Massage & Beauty operates a women-only policy to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our clientele. Non-Refundable Deposit for Male Clients Ignoring Women Only Policy: Any booking made by a male client who disregards the women-only policy will be subject to a non-refundable charge of the full treatment value at the time of booking. This deposit will only be waived if the booking form explicitly states that the service is being purchased as a gift for a female partner. The name and contact information of the female recipient may be requested within the booking form. Upon arrival, if the client is male and the booking was not explicitly stated to be for a female partner, the appointment will be refused, and the non-refundable amount will be retained. Cancellation Policy: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly request that you provide us with sufficient notice to allow other clients the opportunity to book. I require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellation Method: All cancellation must be made via your online account with dimples member area or via text. Late Cancellation or No-Show: Cancellations made within a 12 - 24 hour notice period will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost, failure to attend your scheduled appointment after 15 minute grace period (no-show) will result in a charge of the full service cost or full retainment of any pre payment. Dimples Massage & Beauty Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Dimples Massage & Beauty needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, I will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative appointment or a full refund of any pre-paid amount.
