Lateness Policy.

At Dimples Massage & Beauty, we aim to serve all our clients. We kindly ask that clients arrive on time for scheduled appointments. If you anticipate being late, please notify us at least 10 minutes in advance. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling to ensure we can dedicate adequate time to all clients.

Cancellation Policy.

​

Full Prepayment will be required at the time of booking to deter no-shows and ensure a more seamless transaction.​

At Dimples Massage & Beauty, I recognize that unexpected circumstances can arise. Therefore, I kindly ask that clients provide at least 24' notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. This policy enables me to better serve all my clients and maintain an efficient schedule. Please note that cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made before the 24-hour grace period will not incur any fees. You can reschedule at no additional cost. be aware that deposits are non-refundable, as they account for my lost time that could have been spent with other clients. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment result in a cancellation fee equal to the full payment amount, and an invoice will be emailed. Non-payment may impact future bookings

E - Gift Cards.

E-Gift Cards are sent automatically. If you are experiencing difficulty locating your e-gift card, please check your junk folder and verify that your information is correct.

If you prefer to purchase a physical gift card instead of an e-gift card, please note that this is not an automated service. You will need to email me with the recipient's details and the desired monetary amount.

 

Additionally, they must contact me regarding their treatment choice and present the voucher as proof before the treatment begins
